Our Services
We meet survivors where they are. Then we empower survivors to rebuild their lives with stability, dignity, and hope.
FAIR Girls provides comprehensive, survivor- centered services to girls and young women impacted by human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. Our work includes safe and supportive housing, trauma- informed case management, and prevention education to survivors, community individuals, and youth.
Residential Housing
A secure and supportive home for survivors in need of safe housing, including those with minor children. FAIR Girls’ residential housing provides more than shelter -it offers a foundation for healing and growth for all survivors. Through trauma-informed care, life-skills development, and individualized support, we help survivors regain independence and build a future free from exploitation.
Case Management
Survivors of trafficking need individualized, compassionate support to heal and rebuild their lives. FAIR Girls’ trauma- informed case management offers personalized, survivor-centered assistance meeting each individual where they are, from crisis response through long-term stability. By prioritizing workforce development, housing support, and emotional healing, we empower survivors to move toward independence, resilience, and lasting freedom.
Drop-In Center
A safe, welcoming space where survivors can rest, connect, and access critical services. FAIR Girls Drop-In Center offers daytime respite, peer support, workforce development opportunities, and a trusted environment where survivors can stabilize, rebuild community, and plan their next steps toward healing and independence
Prevention Education
Education is essential to ending human trafficking. FAIR Girls equips youth, professionals, and communities with the knowledge and tools to recognize warning signs, reduce vulnerabilities, and respond effectively. Through interactive workshops, training, and advocacy, we work to prevent exploitation before it occurs and help build safer, more informed communities.
