Natalie Clayton
Natalie Clayton is the Executive Director of FAIR Girls, Inc., where she leads efforts to support survivors of human trafficking and prevent further exploitation throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. She brings nearly two decades of legal and nonprofit executive experience, including her previous role as Vice President and General Counsel for a major Florida nonprofit serving the state’s child welfare system.
Before transitioning into nonprofit leadership, Natalie worked as an attorney and trainer for the State of Florida, specializing in child welfare, trauma, and systems-involved youth. She holds dual degrees in law and sociology from American University and a Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Natalie and her husband are the proud parents of five children—three adopted from the Florida foster care system—and spent 13 years as therapeutic foster parents. She enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and learning about different cultures. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, integrity, and a deep commitment to survivor-centered, trauma-informed care.
