Eryka Staren-Doby is the Program and Outreach Supervisor at FAIR Girls, where she oversees community-based outreach and prevention programming, as well as Drop-In Center initiatives for survivors. She recently earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Psychology and is passionate about social justice and supporting vulnerable populations.
