Ebony Johnson
Ebony Johnson is a strategic and results-driven professional with deep experience in program management, operations, social-emotional learning (SEL), and reentry support. Her career includes senior roles at The National Reentry Network for Returning Citizens, Another Choice Another Chance, and So Others Might Eat (SOME). She has supervised teams, coordinated complex service delivery models, managed budgets, strengthened community partnerships, and designed trauma-responsive curricula.

Ebony also has extensive experience in peer support, case management, crisis response, and rehabilitation services within correctional and halfway-house settings. She holds multiple certifications, including Youth Mental Health First Aid, Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (California), Peer Support Specialist, and CPR/BLS. Ebony is highly regarded for her calm leadership style and commitment to empowering individuals through restorative, culturally responsive practice.
