DeShaun N. Wise Porter is the Principal & CEO of WiseHR Advisory Group and a seasoned executive leader with extensive experience in talent strategy, organizational culture, and business transformation. Prior to founding her firm, she held senior leadership roles at Hilton, including Vice President of Strategic Pathways & Recognition, Global Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Engagement, and Vice President of HR Consulting, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on talent development, leadership growth, and inclusive workplace culture.

Throughout her career, DeShaun has led global transformation efforts, merger and acquisition integrations, HR technology implementations, and leadership development programs across multiple industries and international markets. Earlier in her career, she played a key role in building learning and development systems at Kimberly-Clark, including the company’s first global learning management system.

DeShaun is a graduate of Florida State University and currently serves on the Board of Directors for FAIR Girls, Inc. She is also an active mentor and advocate for underserved youth. A two-time co-author, her books focus on faith, resilience, family, and personal growth. She resides in Washington, D.C., with her husband, children, and family dog, Marley.
