Shontell Benson is a dedicated human services professional with extensive experience in residential support, quality assurance, and operational compliance. She currently serves as a Residential Counselor with FAIR Girls and also works as a Quality Assurance/Custodial Inspector for the Washington Headquarters Services at the Pentagon, where she monitors service delivery, conducts inspections, and ensures adherence to federal standards.

Within FAIR Girls, Shontell supports residents through intakes, assessments, crisis intervention, daily-living guidance, and structured programming.
