Madasia Hicks is the Development & Communications Coordinator for FAIR Girls. Madasia received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management and Management Information Systems from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. With over 10+ years’ experience in corporate America, Madasia is merging that work with her love of philanthropy by entering the non-profit sector. Prior to joining the FAIR Girls team, she served as the Communications Chair for the Urban League of Union County Young Professionals based in Elizabeth, NJ growing their presence and engagement on social media. She is passionate about sharing truth through digital and social media in this world. Here at FAIR Girls, Madasia implements and mange social media content to help drive fundraising, bring awareness, and boost support around the fight against human trafficking. In her spare time, she likes to work on her podcast and blogging.
