Courtney McCrimmon joined the FAIR Girls team in July 2020 as a Case Management Coordinator. She is responsible for assisting and supporting the HOPE Court program in D.C. Superior Court, where she works closely with youth, law enforcement, and the juvenile court to increase the identification of and restorative services for youth victims of commercial sexual exploitation.
Courtney received her B.A. in Psychology from Hampton University and her M.A. in Forensic and Legal Psychology from Marymount University. Before FAIR Girls, Courtney interned with the National Science Foundation to evaluate the challenges associated with collecting sexual harassment data in STEM at minority institutions. Courtney is passionate about assisting individuals with histories of violence and trauma, with an emphasis on human trafficking survivors and minority communities. In her free time, she enjoys visiting museums, traveling, and listening to music.Courtney McCrimmon
